The Arapahoe Philharmonic has a Board made up of both musicians and business people committed to musical excellence for the orchestra. We have a wonderful organization and its growth and success for over 60 years has been remarkable. The Board does its best to support all that the orchestra does musically, and tries to “stay out of the way” with regard to musical matters! But the Board does serve the important purpose of ensuring that the orchestra is financially stable so that it can be free to do what it does best. As a result, we have built a Board that includes leaders from a variety of business and professional disciplines, as well as music education. We continue to seek a few additional members to enhance our diverse Board, including individuals with fund-raising, human resources, leadership, legal, or marketing experience in a business or non-profit environment.
